Hybrid Powerbuilding- Week 9

Day 1:

A: Power Snatch- 10 singles, building based on feel.

B: Press- Build to a heavy double

C: Stiff Legged Deadlift- 2x5 *reference, and aim to improve loading from week 7

Day 2:

A: Incline Bench Press- 4x5 *aim to go a bit heavier than your loading from week 7.

B: Pendlay Row- 3x5 -based on last week’s 5RM, use a load less than your 5RM that’s sustainable for 3 sets.

C. Box Squat- 4x3 *use as close to your ‘heavy 4’ as possible

Day 3:

A: Power Clean + Jerk- 10 singles, building based on feel.

C: Snatch Grip Deadlift- 4x3 *use as close to your 5RM as possible based on feel.
