Strength, Longevity, & Quality of Life
Our Senior program is designed for those who are 60 years of age, or older. Our primary objective with this program is to build some basic strength, improve overall mobility, and balance. While this will undoubtedly improve physical health, it will be equally impactful for mental health in the aging population. It is never too late to start! Increasing longevity, and improving quality of life through fitness are (we feel) often under-prioritized for this population either because there is a lack of resources, or there is the idea that people get "too old" for that.
