Beginner Boot Camp
These weekend bootcamp classes are designed specifically for beginners, or those who have very little to no experience with weightlifting, and functional fitness. We keep the classes shorter, the movements simple, using light to moderate weights and we pride ourselves on coaching our clients to move properly with individually appropriate intensity.

Coach Sarah will be heading up this program! As a mother of three, she is the epitome of consistency, practicing exactly what she preaches. She's maintained her fitness before, during, and after all three pregnancies.
