Group Fitness
Our group fitness programming includes a track for those with a beginner to intermediate level of experience (Fitness) as well as a Performance-Fitness track for those that are of an intermediate to advanced level of experience. These programs run during the same scheduled fitness classes, and allow us to more appropriately modify the training template to the ability and experience of each individual in class.

The goal of our fitness programming, at any level, is to improve strength, body composition, work capacity, and general physical preparedness. We prioritize individualization & sustainability as we view this as "fitness for life".
We strive to make the pursuit of fitness, fun! At the same time, we value the health and well being of the members of our community, and are constantly striving to produce the best possible atmosphere, programming, coaching and support system to achieve that!
