The Fitness program is designed for a beginner to intermediate level of ability & experience, and runs parallel to our Performance program for each scheduled Fitness class. Generally, this is where most of our members begin. There is no prerequisite level of experience required, as this program is designed to get people in shape, moving properly, and improve body composition & general health. The goal of this program is to build a foundation of basic strength, movement proficiency, mobility/ flexibility, and a general level conditioning. This ensures a safe, progressive, and measurable training experience for each member that aims to build a solid foundation of strength, stability, mobility, and conditioning at an intensity & pace more appropriate for the beginner to intermediate level.
