On Sunday morning, I will be blabbing about nutrition! This will kick off our annual Vitality Challenge! This year, our focus will be on simplicity. There IS NOT a specific diet type, or method that is optimal for everyone. There ARE elements that should be considered when trying to formulate a nutrition plan, and there is also a common theme. Our main focus for nutrition will be a comparison of the necessary elements of consideration with what's optimal, versus what's practical. Nutrition is EASY, adherence is the challenge. So, the majority of our focus will be on how to improve adherence to the necessary elements of consideration. Let's develop some plans that work! Oh-- and you'll get a FREE breakfast...
